Emeritus is an education platform that offers online courses from 20 of the world’s most prestigious universities. Around 50.000 students from 160 countries have had the opportunity to participate in the over 70 courses offered by Emeritus.
The client reached out to us to make various adjustments to their platform to increase sales, improve the user experience, and grow the site’s productivity. Our team of experts conducted a thorough study and concluded that they needed to prepare a change plan to achieve the aforementioned goals.
To increase sales, our team carried out AB tests on numerous pages to assess the end user’s preferences throughout the payment process. We worked on enhancing the end user’s experience by making modifications in the architecture and the pages’ performance to reduce loading times and also automating the creation of legacy pages, among other things.
As a result of our input, the client accomplished several business goals, such as boosting the site’s productivity, increasing the conversion of visitors to clients, and, consequently, increasing their sales. In addition, there was a clear improvement in the conversion rate of 12 courses from 3 of the largest universities in the world. We continue to work on improving both the landing pages and the content pages of several other universities listed in the platform.
